Any improvements you make to your businesses systems and procedures will relate directly to your customer numbers. Which of course will relate directly to your balance sheet.

It’s simple: being more organised equals more profit.

On the other hand, a lack of organisation will cost you and your business time and money.

For example, ever been to a restaurant where it took forever to place an order, a lifetime to get your meal, an eternity for the wrong dessert to arrive, and incredibly, you then had to wait for them finalise the bill correctly so that you could pay them? I bet you didn’t go back! 

That restaurant has not only lost your patronage, most probably that of your family, friends and colleagues. How many dollars per month does that add up to?

 

If the restaurant had better systems and procedures in place not only would their customers be happier, but the staff would probably be happier and more productive.

A happy efficient work place relates directly to the level of customers and income attracted to the business.
